Our venue can comfortably seat up to 250 guests, making it one of the largest spaces in the Wilmington NC area, yet flexible enough for more intimate events.  The ballroom can be reconfigured in different ways with  your décor transform this room’s into your special event… making it absolutely one-of-a-kind and unforgettable. The  two outdoor roof-top terraces, allowing every event an exciting and dramatic change within one space.... and yes we have plenty of on-site parking spaces with some covered spaces for your guests.

• HOURS of rental are 10am to 11pm - Bridal Suite (hours are 9am to 11pm) + Ceremony + Reception ($150 per hour after 11pm)
• An hour past rental hours for clean-up.
• Cost to flip from wedding to reception is $150
• Ceremony Rehearsal for one hour the day before the wedding
